Our establishment
EL PAJAR DEL CASTILLO, which has a 2-key rating, is located in the Gudar-Javalambre district, in the southeastern part of the province of Teruel, in the region known as Alto Mijares, although it is also called Bajo Maestrazgo or Serranía de Gudar. The average altitude is over a thousand metres above sea level, and its climate is of the type known as mid-mountain, with dry and not overly severe winters and wonderful, temperate summers. The Mora or Fuenlozana and the Tosquilla Rivers, the latter not very large, go through the town. The house is an old barn, completely restored using traditional materials such as wood, reddish-coloured plaster and stone. It was built in 1999 and is in a good state of repair.
